Not only were the Tumblers I got for myself the perfect size, double walled, and looked awesome, the customer service was fantastic. I needed a special order for Christmas that involved shipping to several different addresses. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted for each person. They not only were able to do that, they also offered to gift wrap each one along with a customized gift tag, and at such a low additional charge I kinda felt guilty. They also held off shipping them till a date I asked for so they wouldn't arrive too early, yet still arrive before Christmas.
No company I've ever dealt with has provided such awesome customer service.
